After decades in higher education and mental health leadership, I’ve seen how often caring for others turns into carrying too much. That ends here.

Through my trauma-informed, equity-centered, resilience-focused approach,

I guide women in reducing stress before it becomes burnout, setting boundaries without guilt, and creating space for themselves again, without losing htier connection to the work they love.
